All this talk about theology reminds me of one of my favorite jokes.
A brand new theology student started praying one night. He prayed about mankind, he prayed about each particular sin. Then he started praying for each country.
After about two hours, when he got to his thirty-third country, he hears a Voice from Above that said,
"You go to bed, son. I'll take back over now."

Not having any delusions that God is sitting around waiting to hear from me, I have already gotten two hours of sleep while this poor chap has sore kneecaps and nothing to show for it.
I like the one about Moses coming back from the mountain with the 10 commandments written in stone. When Aaron expressed astonishment Moses intoned, "Don't get me started! You should have seen what he started with. It took me all 40 days to get Him down to just 10."
