RUNNING ON THE MANTRA | 2011-10-22
In order to use a candidacy to take advantage of the prohibition of censorship so our candidate can put the Mantras in the media, it would be better if the candidate went into one of the established party's primaries and ran for a county-level office.
I have not looked up the law exactly, but as I understand it ANY person who becomes a candidate is then allowed to buy a certain amount of media spots at a reduced rate and the media cannot censor what is in these ads.
He does not have to "get on the ballot" in the sense of a petition with thousands of names or anything else. I could run for nomination to the State House of Representatives and receive the same privileges other candidates have.
I believe that all I have to do is pay a registration fee, though you who know how can check that out on Google for us.
That goes not just for me but for all of us.
