THE ROBERT W. WHITAKER ARCHIVE

THE VERY PRACTICAL IMPLICATIONS OF MY RELIGIOUS DISCUSSION | 2005-06-15

If you subscribe to what I said below, defending some Holy Land or some Chosen People has no place in Christianity.

Our recognition of Israel's right to take and hold Arab territory is based entirely on religion.

It is a pure evil.

I agree to what you have said above.

The ONLY "chosen people" ARE Christians.

They are chosen to eventually inherit His Kingdom.

His Kingdom is not of this world.

BUT as Creator He rules both and has established HOW the earthly kingdom(s) will best operate and is intimately involved in the lives of people on earth. He spent 33 years fulfilling it. The rules are the same for everyone.

Even if you don't accept the Bible and its content - the rules of creation still stand. Nothing will function correctly without obeying them.

He established all. We sure don't know much.
