The sanctioned criminality in America is simply off the charts and totally out of control.
For example, the wireless carriers have millions of customers banking coordinates. They are now using that information for the daylight mass embezzlement from their of customers bank accounts (they call these frauds "administrative charges") and the prosecutors sit idly by and do nothing.
In another and much more massive loot, the Depository Trust Corporation, the agency in charge of clearing all securities transactions, fails to match sell orders with purchase orders (on purpose) and carries enormous volumes of un-cleared stock transactions in suspense accounts as a result.
Here's why: Their confederates, stockbrokers, steal their customers' shares and short them into the market, standard operating procedure in many brokerages.
Hundreds of listed companies complain to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) with incontrovertible poof of this massive fraud, as their trading float is easily counted through the various stock exchanges. The share count is often twice the sum of the shares they have ever issued! If you own any shares of stock held with your broker, do you think they are actually there? Think again
The SEC and prosecutors sit back and do nothing.
Meanwhile the banks loot us in every devious way imaginable. Think the money you deposit in your checking account is a bailment? It is certainly logical that it should be, after all it is a demand account and you write checks and make ad hoc withdrawals against it. But think again:
The banks never tell their customers that any deposit into a demand account (checking account) is in fact, by law (the phony made up law of tyranny) a loan. How many people know that they are LOANING their bank money when they deposit their paychecks? The banks never tell their customers that. And the banks never say that they have the right to default like any ordinary debtor. But guess what? You can't sue them for recovery like an ordinary debtor. You can only sue the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and the FDIC liability is limited to whatever they say it is limited to. What's more, the FDIC can and does payout on any timetable it chooses.
Who would not undertake debt on those terms? Great system isn't it?
I have never in my life discovered a bank accounting error that was in my favor. You cannot be too cynical in dealing with banks. No, you cannot even be too paranoid. No, it is impossible to be too cynical and too paranoid about the endless, myriad, and devious ways the banking system is absolutely devoted to stealing from us. It's just as blatant as can be.
And the prosecutors do nothing.
Let's not even mention insurance companies. They are fraud and embezzlement incarnate. I can't imagine anybody stupid enough to trust an insurance company with anything other than ordinary auto and home owners insurance.
Then we have Congress and the Feds that spend (lets be accurate, steal) at the largest rate physics allow. There is no limit on their ability to funnel money to the jacked in plutocrat constituencies that are really America's organized crime cartels. The only limit is the actual physics involved in executing their thefts.
Everything gets neatly blamed on the Federal Reserve Bank and nobody notices that the only reason the Federal Reserve Bank monetizes anything is because it is forced to. The government bond dealers simply can't handle the massive issuance of new US Treasury debt. It's so large that they are afraid of taking losses if they have to hold it in inventory for more than a few hours. Consequently, the Federal Reserve Bank MUST create new money because the Federal Government's bills HAVE TO BE PAID, whether the bond float is placed or not.
As a result we are all continually impoverished by ever escalating prices that are really a bald faced tax, collected through the outright muscling of the private economy aside so the government can grab private sector products and real estate in unbridled loots without Congress having to bother with the notion that there is any limit whatsoever to what they can steal and funnel to their confederates.
Great system isn't it?
And a society run by criminals and tyrants can never procure enough slaves. That's why Congress just loves all these Mexicans coming in.
And the libserve parties continually condemn the slavery that occurred in the 19th century for obvious reasons.
Slavery, slavery, slavery is on their minds.
I wonder why?
