Bob, that's the perfect soundbite right there -
"Africa for Africans, Asia for Asians, White countries for everybody".
I'll be incorporating that into the mantra, and reporting on its effectiveness

It would make a great title for the Mantra or a great first sentence.

It would make the point clear fromt he outset:
