EVERY WORD IS A SOLDIER | 2006-11-12

One thing you notice in the history of World Wars I and II is the sheer NUMBER of men engaged in it.

If I were to say I have written a million words in my life, someone might contradict me. But I consider myself unique because those words were written to save something far greater than anything all those soliders fought and died for.

All my words led to YOU.

Your words are far, far fewer. The Mantra is 225 words long.

But you are fighting to save EVERYTHING.

Am I asking too much for you to understand that every word you write means more than the desperate courage of a soldier who gave his life for what he thought was right in those earlier wars?

Mark and Peter and Dave and Shari and the rest don't beg, but Ole Bob has no pride at all when it comes to our battle. In the end, we are all there is. Others are fighting AROUND the point, we are right on it.

I BEG you to use those soldiers, each and every word you can produce, and to see that it is a soldier giving all he has.

In any battle like ours, where the later winners seem defeated, someone says, "Rally HERE!" In the heat of battle, no one recognizes how critical that is. There is so much going on that people in the midst of the fight only notice the general rout.

Then those who said "Rally Here!' fight over the credit.

Screw the credit.

Rally HERE!

Can anyone understand what I mean?
