This is an old Bible Belt joke, with my apologies to the many who have already heard it.

Right after Judgement Day, a man was being given a guided tour of Heaven.

He and the guide went by a room where everybody was wildly rejoicing. The guide said,

"That's the Episcopalians. They're happy to be here."

They went by another room where the shouting was going on,

"That's the Orthodox crowd. They're happy to be here."

Then they went by a third room which was totally silent, and the guest asked the tour guide who was there.

The guide replied, "We accidentally put the Baptists and the Catholics in the same room."

"They're so stunned to see each other here they can't speak."

As J. Krishnamurti used to say [paraphrased] "if only two or three people could be turned from embalment in comfortimng lies to awaken to the painful truth, then the battle will be over".

Give me 10 GOOD MEN and i will show you what can be done!

The forces of anti-elitism know this danger and reserve that power for THEMSELVES.

Thus they preach egalitarianism .

IT NATURAL HUMAN NATURE THAT THE CAST IN POWER SHOULD PRESERVE IT FOR THEMSELVES.

Here in my little patch of heaven called Missouri most of the Baptists I know are slobbish and poor and have this idea that if they convert you to their form of christendom then god will somehow make their pockets heavy with gold. Of course, they spend a lot of time back-biting and slandering those of us who refuse the heavenly calling to Baptist heaven. Very hypocrital they are, in my opinion. I can't say ALL Baptists are like this but the ones around here seem to be. If I were in heaven and I saw a roomful off Baptists I'd be speachless too. I'd probably be asking around to make certain I wasn't in hell and this was just another bad joke god was playing on me.
