Cults are traffickers in our innate desire to be relieved of the burden of our selfhood and it is our desire to be relieved of the burden of selfhood that drives our susceptibility to suggestion.
It is a mistake to simply decry and criticize this. Because to do so is to miss the enormous role this susceptibility plays in life.
Those that are blind to it are blind to the way power is really exercised. And in politics it is not what is true that matters, but rather what is subliminally NOTICED.
There is a reason attractive white females have become the face of white nationalism, whether Alessandra Mussolini and Brigitte Bardot in Europe or Sarah Palin in America.
The attractive white female cannot be parried by the forces of Political Correctness for the simple reason there is no way to parry the greater attractiveness of the attractive white female as compared to any attractive nonwhite female. You can't get rid of the attractive white female's superior attractiveness.
To the mass of people, this is like the hypnotist grabbing them collectively by the nape of the neck.
Now let us suppose Obama is elected. We already have a high interest rate environment which in itself changes the tone of society profoundly. On top of that, in the advent of an Obama Presidency the right wing gets to take its gloves off, finally freed from the tyranny of the neo-conservatives.
But think of the psychology: As there is no way the attractiveness of the attractive white female can be parried, there is also no way the physical ugliness of Obama and his ugly wife can be parried. To make it worse, you know that they are going to try to mimic Jack and Jacqueline Kennedy!
It will be ghastly.
Now the only thing that worries me about female leaders is that I have never encountered a skilled female hypnotist, so the ability of a female to skillfully lever the public's susceptibility to suggestion is a real question.
One of the greatest mass seducers ever was Marilyn Monroe. But she was a seducer, not a hypnotist.
Adolph Hitler was a great hypnotist in the 19th century style. He probably learned his skills on the battlefield no different than many other notable men, less infamous, learned their leadership skills. He must have noticed that leadership on the battlefield was simply a matter of the ability to get the men around him to relax, remain centered, and forget their selfhood.
Any truly good military leader is like that. Men want to be around them, to feel good and forgot their selfhood.
Those fiery (but rhythmic) speeches Hilter gave after he acquired power were designed to wring the anxiety and sense of selfhood out of his audience for the purpose of levering their susceptibility to suggestion. It was all very deliberate, a technique of inducing mass relaxation, the opposite of what is commonly assumed.
Women are very bad at getting people to relax in mass settings. On the contrary, they tend to be shrill. That was Hillary's problem, very unlike her husband.
The name of the game in levering an audience's susceptibility to suggestion is inducing people to relax.
It would be great if an attractive white female like Sarah Palin could prove an exception to females being unable to master the arts of mass hypnosis, because it is obvious that an attractive white female is our best choice for breaking the mass of people out of the trance of Political Correctness.
Now I admit what I just stated is a contradiction. But it is only a contradiction if you fail to understand how profoundly susceptible people are to suggestion and the huge role that plays in our lives.
The proof is the extraordinary focus on white female leaders at the present time.
